What We Need From You…

  • A pool filled to the normal operating level which is generally halfway up the skimmer or tile. We need to know where the water is going, not where it has been.
  • The water needs to be clear and clean as we will swim most pools on the first day. Sometimes we are looking for a “needle in a haystack.” Clarity is important so we can be more efficient.
  • Access to your pool equipment and through any cage doors that enclose your pool. You don’t need to be present unless the pool is inside your home.
  • Access into your gated community. Requests should be made for a week as it will take a minimum of two visits to verify all leaks and repair them.
  • Payment within 30 days after the final statement. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash or Check for your convenience.
